  Michael VanDervort - Creating Positive Workplaces Every Day   An HR practitioner for over 25 years, Michael VanDervort is the Executive Director for CUE Inc. - an organization for postive employee relations.  Michael is a volunteer leader for the Society of Human Resources Management, currently serving a term on their Special Expertise panel on Labor Relations. He is also a board member with CUE, the leading global organization for creating a positive workplace.   An accomplished social media user, Michael has been a strong advocate for social media adoption in the Human Resources space.
